The Perfect Culinary Adventure
We have designed the SAVORING SONORA Mexican cooking school to provide you with both a unique and cultural experience in a fun, hands-on cooking environment in Mexico.
Why are we "unique"? Because our kitchens are 80 feet from a beautiful ocean front bay in San Carlos, Mexico and because our cooking focuses on both fresh seafood dishes and famous flavorful Sonoran cuisine.
Why will your experience be "culturally interesting"? Because we are going to introduce you to our local Mexican markets, fisherman, and "shrimp boats coming in".
OUR GOAL is to enhance your culinary skills with special emphasis on our world famous Guaymas Shrimp and Sonoran Beef. We will introduce you to fun ways to use and prepare zesty Sonoran style Mexican cuisine with the chilies and cheeses found only in Northern Mexico.
Our dishes are often best prepared while tasting Baja wines or sampling our secret blends of Tamarindo and Mango Margaritas.

SAVORING SONORA classes are kept to a maximum of 6 people so we can attend to your individual culinary curiosity. Whether you are shopping with us in local markets, creating the mid-day meal, or relaxing by the water you are assured of having a unique adventure with Savoring Sonora.
