Our Program
Our goal is to ensure you "Savor" Sonora:

Day 1

Debbie Burris will be your hostess in San Carlos.  She and her staff will help you settle in. While getting acquainted, you will be able to relax and enjoy our special sunset margaritas. Dinner will be arranged oceanside.

Day 2

Today will start with poolside breakfast followed by an excursion into the heart of Guaymas, Sonora. We will be visiting the Guaymas market to obtain the fresh ingredients needed for Carne Asada and Salsa Verde. After returning to "home" we will prepare our own meals and enjoy them at water's edge.


Day 3

Day 3 is all about Sonora and the Sea of Cortez. We will begin with an optional hike up Tetakawi Hill to enjoy the view from the highest point in the bay (200 meters above sea level) or we can intercept local panga fisherman to buy the previous night's catch.  The focus in the kitchen today will be on appetizers for our  Margarita sunset  cruise on San Carlos Bay.

If your energy level remains high after the cruise, we are likely to trek to one of the nearby beach cafes.

Day 4
Rise and shine for a morning of optional Snapper fishing (weather permitting). Whether we catch it or buy it off the dock, fish will be on our cooking menu.

Chef Paulino, Guaymas most famous chef, will join us to prepare a zesty Sonoran style meal.

Day 5
Enjoy your farewell oceanfront breakfast at Casa Bahia before we take you to the airport or send you on your way.

*Everyday can be enhanced with a massage, facial, manicure, or pedicure in your room or by
our pool.
